By accessing or using the PURVEY website at waitlist.getpurvey.store (the "Site"), joining the PURVEY waitlist, or purchasing any PURVEY product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PURVEY ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

By joining the PURVEY waitlist, you are expressing interest in purchasing PURVEY products when they become available. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, guarantee product availability, or create any obligation on your part to buy.

The "Founding Member" pricing and benefits described on the Site (including but not limited to 30% off, free bonus products, and priority access) are offered to the first 500 customers who complete a qualifying purchase during the pre-sale window. These benefits are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or extend the pre-sale period at any time.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PURVEY is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our refund policy.

The EPA Safer Choice certification referenced on the Site is pending and has not yet been granted. We will update the Site promptly upon receiving or being denied certification.

PURVEY Sport is offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price confirmed at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Founding Member pricing, once locked in at the time of your first qualifying purchase, will be maintained for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current pricing will apply.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For the specific performance guarantee described on the Site: if PURVEY Sport does not eliminate odor from your gym clothes after one wash, we will refund your first order in full. You are not required to return the product. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of PURVEY or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows: you may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks connected to the Site; or (f) use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable.

Individual results from using PURVEY products may vary. Product claims have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURVEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
